Evening classes open with a short breathing exercise (pranayama), graduate onto gentle/ enlivening movement sequences (Kriya yoga) and end with a relaxing guided meditation (savasna) The class theme centres around the mental/physical health benefits of the chosen sequences of the day. e.g. releasing tension/stress or uplifting mood/ relieving anxiety.
